SCREEN PRINT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

This is a very useful tool for all hosts. If anyone disrupts in the room you can take a snap shot of the room and forward to the Head Admins via the Contact Admin Link.

STEP 1: INSTALLING PRINT KEY SCREEN SHOT

You will want to save it. Remember where you saved it to.


STEP 2: Locate the Printkeysetup.exe file that you downloaded. Now run the program



Once installed you will see a hand touching a button icon down next to your clock.

Double Click on that icon.





STEP 3: Once you have it open, click on Options. You need to DEFINE HOTKEYS. These need to be keys that you will not be using during hosting. FYI: If you have a keyboard that the F keys have special functions do not choose them, they won't work.





(Options) AUTO CAPTURE DELAY(Countdown timer)~~this defines how fast it snaps a screenshot when on auto. 10 seconds if chat running fast is great.




(Options) DEFINE DEFAULTS (FOLDER+FILENAME+EXT)~~First go set up a folder in your My documents that is named screenshots, and have all your shots save there. Then Change current directory to that folder (So remember what ya set it as.)






Okay now you have it all installed and set up to run the program during a game. The icon must be in your right hand corner and running in background. Then use your predetermined hotkeys (those you set in step 3) just to do a snap shot of one screen.

To have program auto snap pics, right click on the "finger", then click on Auto Save (Timer). This will start it snapping at the preset time you have set it at. To stop it, right click again and then click on auto save again and that will turn it off.
